Your MiniYou is handcrafted to order by our artisan team, which takes 10–20 days from the time you place your order. This isn’t a factory product — each doll is made individually, with care, and we want it to be perfect before it reaches you. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
If you’re not happy with your doll before it ships, we’ll remake it for free — no questions asked. Just email us at hello@miniyou.co within 4-5 days of placing your order to request a change or regenerate your plush. Once your doll has shipped, we’re unable to make changes, so please reach out early.
For the best result, upload 5–10 photos that include: at least one clear close-up of the face (front-facing, good lighting), and full-body shots in different outfits you’d like us to consider. The more variety, the better our AI can capture your look.
