The idea started pretty simply: what if you could turn someone into the cutest, tiniest plush version of themselves? Not a realistic clone. Not a portrait. Just a ridiculously adorable little doll that makes people smile the second they see it.

So we built it. We figured out how to combine AI with real artisans who handmake every single doll, and honestly, the reactions people have when they open the box are the whole reason we keep doing this.

We're a small team. We care a lot about getting the little details right — the outfit, the hair, the rosy cheeks. But mostly we care about that moment when someone holds up their MiniYou and just starts laughing.
